THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME EFFORT TO CHANGE THE ANIMAL LAWS AND ALLOW ANIMAL HOMES - TO FLOURISH

INSTEAD of the way that things are at the moment - if pets and pet helpers are allowed to keep extra animals then 90mil of SOUTH AFRICA'S ANIMALS will not have to be put down under a law that should not be on the books at all...what is the way forward to allow there to be caging and sheltering requirements in private homes and to allow animal carers freedom of access to where and how animals are being kept - within reason to stop there from being massive amts of animal deaths - on the strength of a bad law that does not take into account the amt of animals in need of care............
never put down an animal unless absolutely necessary...
