AS this stinks worse than the criminals from the JHB CITY COUNCILS AND MUNICIPALITIES AND THE HEAPS OF DEAD animals on the dumps that have been put there by THE SPCA'S - it means that a lot of people might have to disobey this legislation - SO THEY CAN KEEP THEIR PETS AND ANIMALS ALIVE - SOUTH AFRICA IS PLANNING TO BECOME AN ANIMAL MURDERING STATE - ON THE BACK OF THE LAW and this thing is - NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE - people who drafted this the PET HATERS - this is serious stuff for pet lovers who are not going to put their animals down - AS IT CRIMINALISES PET OWNERS AND FORCES YOU TO SEND YOU ANIMALS TO THE DESPOTIC CRIMINALS THE SPCA - who has no funds to keep them or find homes for them so MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF LOVED ANIMALS MUST NOW BE PUT DOWN ON THE WHIM OF THE CRIMINALS LINKED TO THE CITY COUNCILS AND THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND THAT includes the law makers - RELATING TO THIS KIND OF LAW ---- SOUTH AFRICA CRIMINALISES PET OWNERSHIP AND INTENDS TO HARM AND INCARCERATE INNOCENT PET OWNERS AND MURDER THEIR pets - UNDER THE NEW LEGISLATION AND THE PEOPLE linked to the health department - are the ones who belong on the dump and not those dead animals put there by the SPCA....
